Great service! I've been going to this location for a few years and the lady kumer has always made such great sandwiches. She's always friendly, upbeat, and overall a nice lady. I appreciate the quality of service and sandwiches. Place is always clean.
If you want the BEST SUBWAY sandwich in your whole entire life....come to this location! The ladies are so nice and always have a smile and they are under the pressure for sure! They have customers in front of them and then their online pick up orders as well! They make it happen and the sandwiches taste so great! Each sandwich is made to order and again with someone who has a smile. Fresh bread, fresh veggies and delicious tastes! I drive across town to come to this location when I crave a Subway sandwich. They have free parking lot out front of their store that is conveniently located on the main street of McHenry. The inside is always clean and smells yummie! Family friendly place with family friendly prices for the guests.

This Subway location is a staple for me because it is nearby my home, consistent, and they have coupons that make it a bargain. Two footlongs for $12.99 for example. Sometimes even two for the price of one! Service here is very good. Most of the employees are friendly. The restaurant has always been clean when I dined here. That is a huge plus. The biggest faults I can mention are the bread is not always fresh, and their APP doesn't let you order certain things such as a large drink for a combo. The APP can be a bit dodgy at times too. The food quality at Subway has greatly improved over the years, but the meats are by no means top notch. Good, not great. The same goes for the cheeses they serve. I am very disappointed they no longer have swiss cheese. It was one of the few cheeses they offered that tasted like cheese. If you are on a budget and have a coupon, you will be happy to come here.
This is by far the best subway in the area. This is also the furthest subway from where I live. I eat a ton of subway and always go out of my way to eat at this one when I am in the area because it's always clean, good service all around, and the orders taste fresh and are correct.
